Plastinex® (Thromboplastin) is a specialized reagent designed for the accurate assessment of coagulation factors through one-stage Prothrombin Time (PT) and Coagulation Factor Assays. The methodology is grounded in a modified Prothrombin Time, ensuring precise and reliable results.
This lyophilized preparation comprises Rabbit Brain Thromboplastin, Calcium Salt, Buffers, and Stabilizers, meticulously formulated to guarantee optimal performance.
